1.2.1 How do I fill in my profile?
You don’t need to spend a long time filling out forms and questionnaires, because SATISFLY can connect directly to your existing digital profiles. You just need to set up links with your social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter from the Networks page.
1.2.2 What is my flight mood?
Your flight mood is your favourite behaviour while you fly. You can choose one of the following and you can change your mind any time before check-in.

Your Neighbour profile is a design of your ideal seat neighbour using qualities like age and spoken languages. We will take these preferences into account to select your best seat neighbour.
1.2.4 What are my memberships?
Your memberships are the accounts you are associated with by your travel providers. It can be a frequent flyer number, a travel website username or a hotel loyalty membership number.
1.3 Why should I express my meal preference?
SATISFLY will send this information to your airlines and automatically book your special meal. Remember to add your airline memberships first.

2. Using SATISFLY
2.1 What is Intelligent Seating?
It is the solution to a traveller’s worst nightmare: the incompatible seat neighbour. SATISFLY developed a patent pending system for automatically managing your seat assignment and placing a compatible people next to each other.
2.2 What does “compatible people” mean?
The most important parameters defining compatibility are the social distance, neighbour profile affinity and your mood preferences.
2.3 What does "favourite" mean?
It's your positive or negative opinion about an individual as seat neighbour. This information is kept secret and is not shared with others.
2.4 Can I choose my seat neighbour from a list?
SATISFLY allows you to see which other passengers are booked on your same flight if you are somehow connected to them. Otherwise, we will automatically choose the most compatible seat neighbour for you.
2.5 Which airlines provide Intelligent Seating?
SATISFLY partner airlines are listed here. We are currently working on recruiting new ones, nevertheless you can motivate them to jump onboard by filling in your Membership information.
2.6 Is Intelligent Seating exclusively for airlines?
Nope! The Intelligent Seating concept can be also applied to other means of transportation and, in a different way, to various travel industry players (accommodation, activities, etc).
